This document serves as a transparent communication tool outlining the company’s social, economic, and environmental performance for 2021, as well as the actions taken to tackle future challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n

In recent years, numerous organizations have embarked on sustainability journeys following the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) framework<\/strong>, introduced by John Elkington in 1994. This model evaluates a company\u2019s performance across economic, social, and environmental dimensions, while striving for social equity (PEOPLE), environmental quality (PLANET), and financial growth (PROFIT). <\/span><\/p>\n

4 EMME Sustainability Report begins with a message from the CEO addressed to stakeholders, followed by sections detailing the company, its business model, and key performance indicators. <\/span><\/p>\n

It examines the ESG context, action priorities, and the objectives outlined in the Sustainability Plan for 2022-2025. <\/span><\/p>\n

The report adheres to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards for Sustainability Reporting<\/strong> and aligns with the United Nations\u2019 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as part of the 2030 Agenda. It also highlights the main initiatives and achievements from 2021. <\/span><\/p>\n

The challenges posed by waste management and climate change have prompted 4 EMME to take urgent action. <\/span><\/p>\n

The need to innovate business strategies<\/strong>, technologies, materials, and products has presented both challenges and opportunities, which the company has embraced through ambitious projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Materiality Matrix<\/strong> provides a comprehensive sustainability disclosure and an integrated portrayal of the company’s contribution to sustainable development. This process helps identify both company’s priorities and those of individual stakeholders. <\/span><\/p>\n
