Thanks to the manufacturing experience acquired during the years and a high-qualified team, we guarantee a rapid release and the feasibility of all product ranges, by reducing the lead time significantly.

Production

Full sheet metal working process from cutting, to punching, bending, welding, painting, insulation and assembly. All of this is carried out using state-of-the-art machinery and a team of highly trained and qualified personnel.

Thanks to a well-structured organizational system that pays attention to every detail, 4 EMME can approach production with both dynamism and flexibility. This enables them to efficiently handle large-scale orders as well as smaller batches, while always ensuring timely delivery, high-quality finishes, and customised packaging.

The rapid growth the company has experienced has led to the adoption of Lean Production principles, which focus on minimizing waste and striving for high quality standards.

Quality Control

Every working phase and every tool is analysed and measured following 4 EMME and customer’s pre-established standards.

The “quality” team handles all the specifications provided by the customer and communicates them to the production departments, ensuring that the final product meets the required standards and is thoroughly checked, providing written reports upon request.

Logistics

After thoroughly reviewing each stage of the production process, 4 EMME provides its customers with flexible options for managing their materials based on individual needs. These options include:
