Cutting

Fiber laser cutting and punching technology. Maximum laser cutting dimensions 4000×2000. Maximum punching dimensions 3000×1500.

Bending

Automatic, semi-automatic and manual bending technology. Maximum length 4000 mm and maximum tonnage 230t. Machines equipped with laser angle control fold, in order to guarantee the requested execution, all accompanied by a feasibility study and remote programming.

Welding

4 EMME welders are licensed and certified according to ISO 9606-1:2017 followed by internal QCI and WPS. Welding technology on carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium depending on the intended use of the product, using: MIG or MAG (gmaw), TIG (gtaw) plus electro-beam welding.

Painting

4 EMME offers its customers a powder coating on two facilities, for assembled structures or semi-finished products of any type. We use cutting-edge processes and technology to obtain maximum C4-H corrosion resistance according to ISO 12944. Maximum size 4000x2200x1100; maximum load capacity of 300kg.

Assembly

4 EMME provides assembly services, installation, insulation application, and “kitting” of materials that are ready for delivery to customers or directly to their production lines. We handle a variety of types and sizes, including both raw and powder-coated materials.
