Investing in technology to enhance performance and safety.
4 EMME, aiming to enhance safety and production efficiency for its partners, has recently upgraded its machinery by acquiring two innovative robotic systems for the bending department. The first of these was introduced fifteen years ago, marking the beginning of a sustained focus on innovation and the forefront of Industry 4.0.
Since 1987, when 4 EMME launched its first manually-loaded punch press, until 2000, when it implemented its first automatic loading model, the company has made significant strides toward an increasingly automated production process. In 2017, the adoption of the Lean production system led to the integration of its first fiber laser, representing another important milestone.

This commitment to advancement was further demonstrated during the COVID-19 pandemic with the acquisition of cutting-edge tools, including a sheet metal punch press and three bending presses, all compliant with Industry 4.0 standards.
In a bid to optimize operations and reduce costs, 4 EMME has also installed a nitrogen generator for laser cutting, avoiding external supply. This step highlights the company’s dedication to improving operational efficiency and minimizing environmental impact.
Looking ahead, 4 EMME plans to further automate additional departments, continuing its journey of innovation and competitiveness in an ever-evolving market.
