In July 2026, 4 EMME published its new 2025 Sustainability Report, outlining how the company’s commitment to more responsible growth is becoming increasingly integrated into its business decisions and long-term strategy.

Just two years into this journey, sustainability is entering a more structured phase, supported by the 2024–2030 Sustainability Plan and a broader, long-term vision.

The results achieved in 2025 provide clear evidence of this progress.

From an environmental perspective, 4 EMME continued to invest in energy efficiency and renewable energy. The expansion of the photovoltaic system at the Cona site increased installed capacity to 377 kWp, while 83% of the electricity used during the year came from renewable sources.. At the same time, market-based emissions intensity decreased by 70.7% compared with 2019.

Our commitment to the circular economy also continued to develop. In 2025, 100% of the waste generated from processing our main raw material was sent to recovery facilities, alongside the ongoing reduction of single-use packaging and the introduction of increasingly reusable solutions.

This commitment was further recognised with the EcoVadis Gold Medal awarded in 2025, with a score of 78/100, placing 4 EMME among the top 5% of companies in its reference sector.

For 4 EMME, however, sustainability starts first and foremost with people. In 2025, we delivered 550 hours of training, investing in skills development, employee welfare and workplace safety. At the same time, we strengthened our relationship with the local community through social, sporting and cultural initiatives, as well as projects supporting people in vulnerable situations.

The 2025 Sustainability Report therefore provides a broader picture of how we intend to grow: by integrating People, Planet and Profit, making our commitments increasingly measurable and connecting innovation, people, environmental responsibility and long-term business resilience.

Because at 4 EMME, sustainability means above all turning goals and responsibilities into tangible actions, while continuing to create value for our customers, our people, the local community and the long-term future of the business.
