4 EMME is proud to announce its partnership with the boxing club New Boxe 2010 in Campolongo Maggiore. This collaboration aims to support a vibrant local organization and assist athletes in balancing their sports development with their professional journeys, providing them with stability and continuity in their careers. This initiative is part of the broader sustainability project that 4 EMME has been pursuing since 2021.

Let’s clarify what sustainability means! It involves a transformative process across environmental, economic, and social dimensions, where activities, resources, environmental investments, technological advancements, and institutions work together to enhance both current and future potential in order to meet human needs and aspirations. Sustainable development, in particular, refers to progress that meets the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own.

The partnership between 4 EMME and New Boxe 2010 emphasizes aspirations and the future, as the club spreads the passion for boxing throughout the Venetian territory. In just a few years, they have climbed the regional rankings of the Italian Boxing Federation by training promising young athletes. “By combining hard work with a challenging sport,” says Massimiliano Moretto, General Director of 4 EMME, “we aim to contribute to the athletes’ growth, helping them develop professionally while they strive for success in their sport.”

The project has already begun with the inclusion of one athlete in the technical-commercial office. Future plans include hiring two athletes in the assembly department, one in quality control, one in the technical office, one in the cutting department, and finally, one in the robotic bending department.
